It's been a while since I updated my weight loss journey. I've been eating fresh fruits and veggies everyday, adding in protein when I can and watching my carb intake. I've been jogging on my treadmill with incline of 6.5 and doing 25-30 minutes of circuit training 3-4 times a week. As well as taking Nutri-thin, Nutri-cleanse and Sea Veg everyday!
I jumped on the scale this morning and saw this... 10 Pounds Gone! I'm just over half way through my challenge and I couldn't be happier with my results! It's been a slow process but I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn since before my son was born almost 4 years ago!
These next 5 weeks I'm hoping to lose another 10 pounds and be closer to my goal weight when I officially finish out my challenge on September 4th!
