Week Two on The SPX Weight Loss Challenge


Week two was a difficult week for me. Monthly hormonal changes caught me off guard and I actually gained 2lbs at the beginning of the week. By Thursday I could tell I was losing again. I lost the 2lbs I gained plus one pound. So I guess you could say I lost one pound this week.   I still managed to get on the treadmill and do my Week Two circuit training provided by our SPX Nutrition Personal Trainers!

Week Two on The SPX Weight Loss Challenge

On Monday I started using a free tool to help me track my calories and log what I eat and how many calories I burn during exercise.  It's called My Fitness Pal.  It's a great tool!  I can access my journal at home online or through an app on my phone.  Very nice when I'm out and about but still want to track everything.  

You can look up hundreds of foods to check the nutritional value on them and even add foods to the database in case you can't find something you use.  I've started using a meal replacement shake as well for lunches some days that they didn't have listed.  I added it right in and now have easy access to it every time I need to log it for the day.  Connect with me on My Fitness Pal here!
