First week went well! I'm very impressed and proud to be challenging myself and working towards my goals. I have been incorporating an exercise plan in my challenge since Monday. I'm doing a brisk walk/jogging 30 minutes a day plus following the workout videos the SPX Nutrition Trainers have put in place for us. These videos are quick and very easy to help you get started on a good routine.
I have lost 2.5lbs since my last weigh in! I'm being more choosy with my meals and making sure I get more protein, fruits and veggies. I'm also keeping my emotional eating or "that time of the month" eating at bay with Nutri-thin.
So happy to be getting into a new routine and a healthier lifestyle with the SPX Nutrition Weight Loss Challenge! My goal is to lose 40-50lbs and I'm well on my way!
