We officially launched May 16th, I ordered product as soon as links went live and I already have my product. That is a 5 day turn around. Keep in mind we had a weekend in there so two of those 5 days were non-business days. We have people from all over the country that say they too received their products today! It comes with a welcome letter which is a very nice touch! What an exciting day!
I personally haven't needed to call into customer service but every time a member needed to, the service was outstanding!! The professionalism and customer care is top notch! No waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, you call, they take care of what you need. Simple as that!
Those two aspects of the business are very important to me. As a Business Professional and as a user of the products I feel very confident and very proud to represent the company because I know my customers and business partners will be taken care of!
